How, when and where we deliver your fresh produce.

Delivery areas
We currently deliver to selected suburbs within our local Australian delivery zones. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm we can deliver to you. We're expanding our coverage as we grow — if we don't reach you yet, you can still choose farm/market pickup.
Delivery fees
- Standard delivery: $9.95 within our delivery zones.
- Free delivery on orders over $75.
- Farm / market pickup is always free.
The exact delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery windows & timing
At checkout you can choose a preferred delivery window (morning, afternoon or evening). Because we harvest to order to keep produce as fresh as possible, we'll confirm your delivery day by email. We aim to deliver within the chosen window but cannot guarantee an exact time.
Pickup
If you select pickup, we'll let you know when your order is packed and ready, along with the pickup location and times.
Keeping produce fresh
Where a delivery is left unattended at your request, please refrigerate perishable items as soon as possible. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. If you won't be home, you can leave delivery instructions at checkout (for example, "leave in a shaded spot").
Failed or missed deliveries
If we cannot complete a delivery because no one is available and no safe-drop instructions were given, we'll contact you to arrange a solution. Additional delivery attempts may incur a further fee.
Problems with your delivery
If your order arrives late, incomplete, or any item is not of acceptable quality, please contact us within 24 hours — see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
