Account
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. An account just makes reordering faster and lets you track your order history and saved addresses.
Delivery & Pickup
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across our local Australian delivery zones. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm availability. Farm/market pickup is also available.
When will my order arrive?
Choose a delivery window at checkout. Because we harvest to order, we'll confirm your delivery day by email.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat fee, and it's free on orders over our threshold. Pickup is always free.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add produce to your basket, then head to checkout. You can order as a guest or create an account for faster checkout and order history.
Is there a minimum order?
There's no strict minimum, but orders over our free-delivery threshold qualify for free delivery.
Payment & GST
Why is there no GST on my fruit and veg?
Basic fresh fruit and vegetables are GST-free in Australia. GST only applies to certain taxable items, and where it does, it's already included in the price shown.
How do I pay?
Secure online payment is being finalised. For now, place your order and we'll email you secure payment details (bank transfer or card). You're never charged without confirmation.
Our Produce
How fresh is the produce?
We harvest to order wherever possible, so most produce is picked within a day of reaching you. Anything we source from partner growers is selected the same way — at peak ripeness.
Is everything organic?
Some of our produce is certified organic (look for the Organic tag), and across the farm we grow spray-conscious and sustainably. We're always happy to tell you how something was grown.
Returns & Refunds
What if something isn't right?
Your satisfaction is covered by the Australian Consumer Law. If any produce arrives not of acceptable quality, contact us within 24 hours and we'll replace it or refund it.
