Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and how we make things right.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Among other things, the produce we sell must be:
- of acceptable quality — safe, lasting and free from defects, given that it is fresh, perishable produce;
- fit for purpose and matching its description; and
- as shown in any sample or demonstration.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is minor, we may choose to replace the item or refund you.
Fresh produce — a quick note
Fruit and vegetables are perishable and natural variation in size, shape and colour is normal and not a fault. However, if produce arrives damaged, spoiled, or not of acceptable quality, you are covered — please see below.
If something isn't right
Because produce is perishable, please check your order on arrival and contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup if anything is not of acceptable quality. The sooner you tell us, the easier it is for us to help.
To make a claim, email hello@21ananta.com.au with:
- your order number;
- the item(s) affected; and
- a quick photo if you can — it helps us improve.
How we'll fix it
- Replacement in your next delivery, or
- Refund or store credit for the affected item(s), or
- a refund of the full order where there is a major failure.
For perishable goods we generally do not require you to return the item — we may simply ask for a photo. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method (or as store credit if you prefer) within a reasonable time, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
Change of mind
As we sell fresh, perishable food prepared and picked to order, we're generally unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind once an order is packed or dispatched. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel before your order is packed, contact us as soon as possible and we'll refund you in full. Once an order is picked, packed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.
Orders we can't deliver
If we're unable to fulfil all or part of your order (for example, a crop is unavailable), we'll let you know and refund the affected items.
